Inservice for New Teachers Steps To Success FAQ Instructional Programs	Discussion groups have been set up in many areas to provide an opportunity for new teachers to share their successes or concerns. To share the experiences of the first years of teaching or to get help in any of the identified areas, join in the discussion. Discussion groups have been set up for each in the following areas.
