Management Academy |

The Department of Management Training designs professional development activities that focus on assisting district and school site administrators in fulfilling job related requirements and responsibilities. Special programs, on-line courses, and all inservice classes are scheduled after analyzing input received from region and district offices as well as individual administrator's responses from an annual Management Academy Needs Assessment Survey. The on-line courses, inservice classes, and workshops are designed to meet generic managerial and leadership competencies, technical skills, and the Florida Principal Competencies. All professional development activities offered through the Management Academy are approved by the School Board of M-DCPS and the Florida Department of Education and may be used for recertification. |
